Our properties are just one building away from the beach. Perfect if you'd like to come up for a bathroom or lunch break. They each have three bedrooms and two full baths. Each property has one bedroom with two double bunks (2 full and 2 twin beds.) So, the units are perfect for two families or a family with in-laws. We rent to families and groups with a majority age of 25. Max 6 adults.

Why you would want to stay with us?

We use our properties, so they are well maintained and impeccably cared for. We went through many cleaning services before we found our gem.  We are so happy with them! We provide all of your soaps (hand, dish, laundry, bath, body and shampoo.) We also provide enough paper products (paper towels and toilet tissue) to get you started. Linens and towels are included in the rental fee. We are steps to the beach. Walk down the stairs, pass one building and you're there!

Accessibility

We are sorry, but our building does not have an elevator. Units 1 and 2 are on the 2nd floor (about 7 steps, then a landing and then another 7 steps) and Unit 3 is on the 3rd floor.

Parking

Each unit will have one assigned parking space on the ocean side of the building near the common deck. There is plenty of on-street parking around the building with no permits required.
